A spacious apartment in the Rozino area of Budva, on the 4th floor of a building with a lift. Three bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a guest toilet. The living room opens onto a terrace.

Sleeping arrangements:

• bedroom 1: two single beds, roomy wardrobe;
• bedroom 2: sofa for 2, roomy wardrobe;
• bedroom 3: large double bed, roomy wardrobe;
• living room: sofa for 2 and a folding armchair for 1.

The kitchen has a four-ring cooker, a dishwasher, a microwave, a large fridge, a kettle and crockery. The apartment has air conditioning, cable TV, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. Bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided on arrival.

Terms of stay:

• check-in from 14:00 to 23:00, check-out by 10:00;
• a refundable damage deposit is paid on arrival and returned at check-out;
• the tourist tax is paid separately on arrival;
• final cleaning is not included in the rate and is paid separately on arrival.

Slovenska Beach is up to 12 minutes on foot. Next to the building there is a large supermarket, cafés, a mini zoo and a children's play centre.
