How much does property management cost?
The cost depends on the rental format, the features of the property and the scope of services needed. We choose the best way of working together based on your goals and your property. We will discuss the details once we have seen your property.
Can I use the apartment myself?
If the apartment is let on a one-year lease, whether the owner can stay there depends on the terms of the agreement with the tenant. With seasonal rentals you can use the apartment whenever it is not booked. Just let us know your dates in advance and we will block them in the booking calendar.
Do you manage property that was not bought through FinessKA?
Yes, we work with owners regardless of where the property was bought. You can entrust us with managing your apartment even if you bought it through another agency or directly from the owner.
