1. Who processes the data

The controller of personal data is the real estate agency FinessKA Real Estate, Mediteranska 55, Office 1, Budva 85310, Montenegro. To contact us about data matters: info@finesska.com, +382 69 314 300.

2. What data we receive

  • data you provide in the forms on the website: name, phone number, email, messenger, message text;
  • if you offer a property for sale, information about the property and about you as the owner;
  • correspondence data if you write to us on WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram or by email;
  • technical data: IP address and browser information in the server logs, as well as cookies without which the website does not work.

3. Why we use it

  • to respond to your request, select properties and send you a selection;
  • to prepare and carry out a transaction if you decide to buy, sell or rent out property through us;
  • to ensure the operation and security of the website.

We do not sell personal data and do not pass it on for third-party advertising.

4. Legal basis for processing

Your consent, which you give by submitting a form or sending a message; steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and performance of a contract; our legitimate interest in protecting the website.

5. Who we may share data with

Only with those without whom your request cannot be fulfilled, and only to the extent necessary: the owner or developer of the property, a notary, a translator, a lawyer or a bank when preparing a transaction. If you write to us via messengers, the correspondence data is also processed by their operators under their own rules.

6. How long the data is kept

For as long as it is needed for the purposes for which it was collected, and for the periods prescribed by law. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.

You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restrict processing or withdraw your consent. To do so, write to info@finesska.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information of Montenegro.

At present, the website uses only essential cookies, without which it does not work. If we add analytics, the website will ask for your consent and this section will be updated.
