Sleeping arrangements:

• bedroom 1: large double bed, roomy wardrobe;
• bedroom 2: large double bed, chest of drawers;
• bedroom 3: sofa for 2, roomy wardrobe;
• living room: 2 sofa beds, each for 2.

The kitchen has a cooker, a microwave, a large fridge and a kettle. The apartment has air conditioning, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. Bed linen, towels, crockery and toiletries are provided on arrival.

Terms of stay:

• check-in from 14:00 to 23:00, check-out by 10:00;
• a refundable damage deposit is paid on arrival and returned at check-out;
• the tourist tax is paid separately on arrival;
• final cleaning is not included in the rate and is paid separately on arrival.

The sea is a 5-7 minute walk away. Sremskog fronta street runs uphill, and there are steps up to the building. A large supermarket and a pharmacy are 5 minutes away, small shops and fruit stalls 2-3 minutes away. The water park and the five-star Splendid hotel with its year-round spa are nearby, and there are children's playgrounds on the seafront. Budva Old Town is 30-40 minutes on foot along the coast or 5-6 minutes by car; Rafailovići, with its restaurants right by the water, is 10-15 minutes away.
