• living room with a kitchen area, a sofa bed and access to the terrace.

The living room sofa has recently been replaced with a new fabric sofa bed, so it may look different from the photos.

The kitchen has a two-ring ceramic hob, an oven, an electric kettle, a large fridge and all the necessary crockery. Air conditioning is installed in the living room and bedroom 1. The apartment provides bed linen, towels, an iron and ironing board, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, TV and internet via a mobile Wi-Fi router.

Terms of stay:

• check-in from 14:00 to 23:00, check-out by 10:00;
• a refundable damage deposit is paid on arrival and returned at check-out;
• the tourist tax is paid separately on arrival;
• final cleaning is not included in the rate and is paid separately on arrival.

The sea is a 6-8 minute walk along a level road. A supermarket, a fruit stall and the water park are 5 minutes away, and there are children's playgrounds on the seafront.
