Sleeping arrangements:

• bedroom 1: large double bed;
• bedroom 2: 140 cm double bed;
• living room: sofa bed for 2.

The kitchen has a four-ring cooker, an oven, a microwave, a large fridge and a kettle. The apartment has air conditioning, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. Bed linen, towels, crockery and toiletries are provided on arrival.

Terms of stay:

• check-in from 14:00 to 23:00, check-out by 10:00;
• a refundable damage deposit is paid on arrival and returned at check-out;
• the tourist tax is paid separately on arrival;
• final cleaning is not included in the rate and is paid separately on arrival.

The sea is up to 10 minutes on foot; Ive Lole Ribara street runs uphill. A large supermarket and a pharmacy are 10 minutes away, small shops and fruit stalls 2-3 minutes away. The water park and the five-star Splendid hotel with its year-round spa are nearby. Budva Old Town is 30-40 minutes on foot along the coast or 5-6 minutes by car; Rafailovići, with its restaurants right by the water, is 15 minutes away.
