The apartment has 2 air conditioners (in the living room and bedroom), cable TV, internet via a mobile Wi-Fi router and a washing machine. Bed linen, towels, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, a clothes dryer and toiletries are provided on arrival.

Terms of stay:

• check-in from 14:00 to 23:00, check-out by 10:00;
• a refundable damage deposit is paid on arrival and returned at check-out;
• the tourist tax is paid separately on arrival;
• final cleaning is not included in the rate and is paid separately on arrival.

Sremskog fronta street runs uphill. A large supermarket and a pharmacy are 7 minutes away, small shops and fruit stalls 3-5 minutes away. The water park and the five-star Splendid hotel with its year-round spa are nearby, and there are children's playgrounds on the seafront. Budva Old Town is 30-40 minutes on foot along the coast or 5-6 minutes by car; Rafailovići, with its restaurants right by the water, is 10-15 minutes away.
